    Thank you Kevin. I have been putting together county numbers for about 36 hours within the last 3 days to get an idea of how to get my numbers. I have only been using Redfin due to the downloadable spreadsheets. From what I’ve read other members use a number of avenues to obtain they’re numbers and areas. Do you have advice for a rookie?

    • Mike – I use the low county comp for each parcel size. If I am targeting 5 acre properties then I find the low comp for 5 acre in that county. I only do zip code or city pricing if those higher value lots are more than 30% of the data.
