    Hi. I was unable to find an email address for technical support on ParcelFact.com, so I’m posting here.

    I purchased a $5 day pass. However, after my credit card was charged ParcelFact.com shows a message that, “YOU ARE OUT OF AVAILABLE PULLS THIS MONTH”

    Can the admins correct this error?
