Neutral letter vs. Blind Offer

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this site. I wish I had found it sooner. The research I’ve been doing over the weekend to get familiar with Land Academy(the podcasts and youtube), seem that you are sending out offers first vs. a neutral letter to have interested sellers reach out to me? If so, how are you determining the offer amount when sending out to a large list?

Hi Kathy, and welcome. Yes, the Land Academy model teaches how to make blind offers and the courses teach a specific way to calculate the offer amount. Fundamentally, you determine the retail price per acre and offer a percentage of that. There is no fixed percentage and no single source of data to determine retail value. And that is why we all need each other!
