He says send out offers to all the houses in that kind of subdivision. They are the same so price them the same. I watched all the DVD and some a couple of times. I did not see or hear him describe land that way unless you take parcel size, appraised value and county into account.
Wondering if targeting paper towns or neighbourhoods like that for land acquisition would be a more accurate way to drum up sellers?
