I am creating the vesting deed to purchase a property. The seller has moved from when he first bought the property. As such, that information on the deed would not match up to the original. Do I use his original address and ask that he present old ID to match that or his newer address when creating the deed? Tax statements for the property go to the newer address.
Any advice would be helpful. I just want to get this right.
