Hi there fellow Land Investors!
I know most of us are doing dessert squares, infill lots, and rural vacant land to single individual owners, but wanted to ask if anyone has had any luck or experimented with more expensive parcels that you sold to Builders, Developers, or even companies.
They could include something like an agricultural land 10-30+ acres they will develop to a subdivision, or could be something they’ll rezone to commercial or anything in between?
Please share your thoughts and results. What has been the timeframe for these buyers, typically more expensive bigger deals going to companies I’m assuming take longer?
