    1. My rough time on somebody building was the concern like Kyker mentioned about the deed in in his name,so if there were any code enforcement c wouldn’t it reflects on Kyler? I just bought a parcel that had an open case on it for a large branch on it. If I don’t get it removed the city will charge me for it and potentially put…[Read more]

    In a prior weekly call, I’ve asked about doing this business remotely from out of the country. In order to do what I envision, I’d be looking to remove my physical handling of deeds, paper & mail from the equation completely. There are several services that will receive your mail and scan the contents for you, so that part would be pretty easy.…[Read more]

  • I am a beginner, so please correct me if I’m wrong but wwhat I have been doing is making sure my leads from AgentPro include the legal description field. This is what I include on the offers I send out. If I get to the point of drawing up a deed, I pull the last deed and copy it exactly as it reads there.

    Where is the best place to find the legal description of a property? I want to make sure that I use the correct format and include the correct information on my Purchase Agreement form.
