I’m relatively new, but I have a couple of questions. I sent my first mailer and bought 5 properties off of it, 2.5 acre parcels in Cochise county, Arizona. Purchased them for 525 each. I sold one for 2k cash, but have not had luck selling the other four. I have had them online for about 3 months, craigslist and landwatch.
