I found out it’s horse farming there in the area. And lowest DOM is 150 for that type of property in the area..
I guess it’s better to move on.

Hi, during my data scrubbing session I just stumbled over the following 2 fields:
“1st Mtg Amount” = 11,000.00 in combination with the field “1st Mtg Loan Type” = Private Party
