Hello, if you are signing deeds on the same day (i.e. person A sells to person B, then person B sells to person C, all on the same day) do you need to include the time that the documents were signed? Or is it ok so long as they are recorded in the right order. If the time is not required, should I just include instructions for the County Recorder to record deed #1 first and deed #2 second?

    Thanks!
    Matt

Matt – Write a cover letter to the recorder and ask to have #1 recorded first and #2 recorded second. Just like you said.

Hey, Kevin. I read this a week back but didn’t get a chance to post to say thanks!
