    I have a question about websites and in particular your Land Sales website and your Land Acquisition website. I think that Steve suggested that they be different and I just wanted some feedback about keeping them separate and or combining them….

    Steve/Jill can you share your thoughts on your LandStay.com and how you are using it?

    And do you have any examples of a site for Land Sales to the General Public?

    Are you also doing a Land Acquisition site for the General Public?

    I guess I just would like to learn more about the websites….(I did listen to the DVD on this but still have questions….Thanks for your help.

    Hi Charlie,

    Feel free to copy ours:

    Acquisition site: http://www.assetholdingllc.com
    Sales site: http://www.landstay.com

    All public, same address/phone number for years. The acquisitions site is really there so when sellers get the mailers there is something there for credibility. And the sales site is used the most as that is shared on all property postings.

    Thanks! Jill

    @jilldewit Thanks Jill,

    So let me just try to get this correct in my head….you use the https://assetholdingllc.com/ website on all of your mailings that you do for purchasing properties. And you typically also take title to the land in this LLC also, is that correct? Do you also use a different email for your mailers and for purchasing? And have a different phone number as well?

    And then to keep the purchasing side separate you use LandStay.com for your land sales…..

    Thanks…Charlie

    All personal preference – but we never changed the original phone number and that is what matters.

    Thanks! Jill

    Does it Hurt to use just 1 website or should you use 2 websites? Why?
