    So title seems to always frustrate me. Maybe I should stop reading and just sign. This one gave me a chuckle.

    This is an excerpt from a page that basically says we did not find any liens but if there are any you Mr seller have to cover them and not hold us responsible.

    Boy buying title makes me feel so much more comfortable owning the land.

    That is like the home inspection I got. He said, I don’t see anything wrong but sign here. This paper says if there is a problem you can’t blame me. Oh and where’s my money….. I take check,cash,money order….

    Title company!

    Anybody knows what the requirements, minimum cash assets one needs to start a title company.

    I was quoted by first American $1900 for cash $10K rural land deal. Really?

    I wander how many deals go statistically wrong. I bet it’s way less than 1 percent.

    And if it’s true they use same tools we do, than we should be our own title company and do more title work on the side.

    I really hope TitleMind delivers. I already hate title companies and I’m still working through my first deal.
