I just had a call from owner of 2 parcels 1 -24 acres & 1-100 acres. It is inherited land with 6 owners and at least 3 want to sell. Does anyone know a good Texas based ( if Possible) lawyer that can help draw up paperwork to get everyone on an agreement to sell? Just starting negotiation but conservative retail over $ 1.5M. Don’t want to spend too much time trying to round up the cats but the payoff could be huge. Thanks

You’ll need to be more specific about what county you are dealing with. Texas is a big place. Yes, lawyers are able to draw up docs anywhere within the state, but you’ll find that they usually limit the scope of their practice to the local area.

North Texas is still pretty broad. I don’t care what county you are working — I’m a land broker — not an investor in the state where I’m licensed. You’ve got to be more specific.
