    Hello,
I am researching counties for my first mailer. I pulled residential county data from realtor.com. I plugged the data into the RGL tab of the equity planner and some of the values seem way off from the example data that is already in the spreadsheet. There are also four extra columns of data that don’t match up with the original spreadsheet. I worry that I am off a column or few or that Realtor has added some extra metrics that don’t match the planner. Any thoughts on a solution?
    Thanks,
    Austin

    hi austin,

hard to tell without seeing columns and column headers what might be off in terms of alignment. any chance there are some columns that have been hidden in Excel? Looking at one of my examples, I show Realtor.com data getting pasted in at column L and extending all the way to column AT. Does yours line up into those columns, or something different?

    Marc,
The data that I pasted in starts at “L” and extends to “AX”. My copy of of RGL only goes to “AT”. I’ll go through later column by column and see what data elements are making the Excel gods angry.

    Austin,

When I pulled Realtor.com data few weeks ago I noticed 2 columns are no longer provided.

    1. Neilsen Rank
    2. Footnotes

Realtor.com is constantly changing so you should double-check yourself every time you download.

    Austin,

I just pulled a new realtor.com county dataset a minute ago and it only has 39 columns (A to AM). And I confirm there is no longer Neilsen data in it.
