I have a question about sending offers. If you send 1500 offers and someone with some land that send a signed one back in – are you not obligated to buy the land?
Has anybody ever cried foul (or more than cried) when those times when you go back and decide not to purchase ?
Sure, rare but sometimes.You have subject to clauses in the letter. Take your pick. Otherwise whatever works. Due diligence will bear all that out. Try not to deliberate too much. Buy as much as you can.
