I have a property I picked up in Kern Co California. It is rural enough in the mountains that the road to it is closed for the season. Won’t be open until May according to the Ranger station. Would you hold off trying to sell it until the roads open?

With the roads closed, I am unable to get photos. I have the google earth pics, but so far I’m not getting a lot of traffic on the facebook ad.

Here is the ad that I have up if that helps you:

It is priced at 1/2 of what other properties are being listed at… should I drop it more and not worry about the roads? Thanks for any tips.

Have you sent neighbor letters to the adjacent lot owners? Also, send letters to anyone who owns a lot of property in the area, especially anyone who appears to be buying lots recently. Otherwise, I would keep on advertising and not wait. If you still have the parcels in May, send a photographer up there if you think nice photos will attract more interest.
