reference numbers on mailers ? need help

regardging the mailers i sent out my first batch. i noticed they all have the same reference # on the letters. are you guys assigning each letter its own individual refrence #?, if so how are you guys checking those reference numbers? does o2o have a feature to check reference #? sorry for the noob question

No, I’ve never had a need for a reference number. County and parcel number is enough information to look up the parcel in my database.

Yes we use reference numbers on each mailer right below the date its mailed. . Ours look like this state-county-number. so example TX-Parker-1. Those are added to our database/CRM when they are mailed. So when we get a call from seller we can quickly pull up the info., pop it into google earth,parcelfact, etc and discuss/ask questions with seller while they are on the phone
