    Hi all,

I you are using Escrow instead of completing the deal yourself i.e. an Infill Lot, do you still need to have the Purchase Agreement notarized? Or is that taken care of by the Escrow/Title Agent?

I never have the Purchase Agreement notarized. I almost always have the PA signed using docusign.

    Kevin,

Thank you for the tip. I am going to setup an account, and go that route. Ive definitely heard Jill talking about it, but was unsure of how that works with a notarized signature.
