Wondering what you think. I now own two ten acre plots that are adjacent in a wooded area in CA. Paid $8k total. I would like to sell for cash since I really need an infusion for more mailings and acquisitions.
Should I split them up or try to sell together? My starting cash sale price for both together would be around $24k, based on landwatch and other comparables. Would it be smarter to break them up so that it’s a lower price for a cash buyer?
