    Hi Steven & Jill,

I have a question regarding Parcel Fact. I’m trying to find zoning information for parcels. I’ve called the counties I’m working with in Texas. They tell me “The county doesn’t have any zoning restrictions outside of city limits.” I specifically asked them about the APNs of the properties I have in mind and they state they were not within city limits so no zoning restrictions.

Parcel fact lists ‘Land Use’ and ‘Property Indicator’ for properties and then a number following these items. What do these mean? Are either one of these zoning codes? If so, is there a list with these numbers and their explanations with it? If I can use Parcel Fact as a quick, preliminary tool for zoning classification during due diligence it would be helpful, but I need to understand what I’m looking at.

    Thanks,
    Dustin
