Hi all,
I’ve been holding off on posting these because I’m a perfectionist and still not happy with them, but I’d really like feedback. Mistakes, typos, broken things, what did I forget?

This looks like a work of art!
Land Lab first page “Our goal to make sure you’re happy with your entire experience. If you’re not happy then we’re not happy! ”
I think there is something missing like “is”
My grammar and spelling is very poor so I am probably wrong but it just seem off.
This seems off too “DETAILS
This is a great 4.35 acre parcel we were able to obtain inexpensively from a man wanting simplify his estate for his heirs.”“to” missing?
this one is in your listing.
For that listing you say antelope valley. Have you ever searched for antelope valley. There are a bunch of them. Like 10+ in the west. A couple in CA. Good to know if someone calls you asking about a different one.
This clears it up “LOCATION: California City, Antelope Valley, Kern County, California”
If you put the gps into google maps there is a share button to get a map you can put in your listing like this:
I should do that too is what I am thinking while reading your listing. Would be easier for everyone to click and see instead of cut and paste.
I like your sites. Good job. Will be fun to see them fill up with listing that say sold on them!
I love your sites, Claire. They look awesome and I can tell you put a lot of effort into them.
Would you guys mind taking a look at my website for me? It’s very much a work in progress, but I’d appreciate any suggestions or recommendations.
Thanks so much,
Ron
Hi Ron,
Looks nice. Everything I clicked on seems to work. You’ve got the framework to fill in a lot more properties; maybe include additional details for each one unless you want them to contact you with questions like “where exactly is it?”One grammar/spelling: “Cabin Land Sales, LLC was established in an effort to provide it’s customers with quality land at affordable prices.” –>”it’s” should be “its”.
You reminded me I need to create my opt-in buyers list and post a privacy policy. You may want to explain why a person would create a login and password for this website: will they get advance notice of properties coming up? Good job.
@rdienno1 I like the picture where you take the satellite view and circle the land in red. Did you use the pointer in outlook or similar to do that? Or did you go full blown photo editing like Photoshop?
The pictures look distorted like they were stretched from thumbnails or something is not right. Probably need to learn the dimensions that website is looking for and edit your pictures to fit so they look clear.
Looking at your site makes me want to work on my site some more. It is always a work in progress. I need to make a better push to get people into my mailing list.
Just like Claire says why should people register? We know but they don’t.
It is confusing to me to have a bunch of states in there when you probably don’t really want that much inventory sitting around. Are you going to be actively working all those states? Guess it would be good to show off your old deals for credibility though.
If you guys want to pick on my site that would be great!
http://www.ruralvacantland.comThank you Luke and Claire for the recommendations. I don’t have all the links working yet (register link). You’re right, I definitely need to clarify why someone is registering.
Thanks again for your thoughts!
Ron
@lake17 I like the map you added. That looks sweet!
@rdiienno1
Claire and Ron – How about the hook? The buy it now. The call to action. You get someone pumped up to do something now close the deal.
Yea there is a contact me but maybe ending the listings with something like “To start your dirt bike adventures tomorrow Call Claire now and say you’ll take the Motocross property today!”
I should listen to myself sometimes and go make sure my listings do that too.
Claire and Ron your pages look great!
Claire I love the presentation scheme and your company names and logos!
And Ron I love the wooded Cabin theme on your page! And the company name!
Luke I think you did an incredible job with your choice of wording and use of videos.
I don’t know much about website design yet, I’m still getting into this. What web host do y’all use? Did you hire someone to create it?
