    Greetings all,
    I have a seller who is willing to sell six adjacent, buildable lots for an all in one, good price. If we agree, would it be prudent to purchase all six on one purchase agreement, or would it be better to use six separate sales agreements? I intend to flip these to a builder, but it is possible that the builder could only want some of the lots. My instinct tells me to do six separate agreements, but the package deal would be a lot simpler. Has anyone had experience with this? Thanks.

    It’s not a problem to buy them all with one purchase agreement and have all six properties on one deed. And when you sell the lots, you can sell them 1 by 1 or in a bunch. The legal description on the deed must be clear enough to convey the title to the new owner.
