I have a seller who is willing to sell six adjacent, buildable lots for an all in one, good price. If we agree, would it be prudent to purchase all six on one purchase agreement, or would it be better to use six separate sales agreements? I intend to flip these to a builder, but it is possible that the builder could only want some of the lots. My instinct tells me to do six separate agreements, but the package deal would be a lot simpler. Has anyone had experience with this? Thanks.
