Loopnet VS Land.com

Has anybody used Loopnet for research or advertising

is Loopnet the same as Land.com? they have the same symbol except for color.

Landrov – Both companies are owned by CoStar Group. Loopnet is focused on advertising for commercial properties of all types. Land.com sites are focused on Land only. Using Loopnet to research vacant land will miss a lot of properties since it should only show the ones with commercial potential.
