Got a deal crossing a river with a bridge and its in two counties. The legal has both counties. Its recorded in one of them. I think its the sellers to transfer just think I should record it in both counties don’t you guys?
Luke – I had one of these and it was described by an APN number that only fit in one county. That was the county where it was recorded. So I only recorded that purchase in that one county, not both. I wondered how I would record a property that did not have the APN assigned by the county? If I had an APN number created would I pay taxes in two counties on the land? My guess is that this happens due to a mistake in the survey at some time in history and it just lives on.
