I’m faced with a dilemma. I recently made a purchase and sale in a county in Texas. I decided to go back to a different subdivision in that same county, since I had many builders contact me saying they will buy anything in that subdivision at retail price. I’ve got the list and see that between 80%- 90% of lot dales there have occurred in the last three years. My instinct is to mail it anyway, but I’d like to hear from a few investors more seasoned than I. It’s a pretty short list, just under 1000. Many thanks in advance.
