Hey everybody,

Total noob to the process, but not the dream haha. I came up with the idea of land flipping independently about 4 years ago until I found that there was already a community for it. At that point I decided to teach myself software development as a means to build up my own capital for land investing (which is insane). 4 years later and it’s finally time!
