Hi Steve and Jill and all you amazing land pros!

In my county the APN does not get any results in Google Earth.

My county does not give you Township, Range and Section. They only have subdivision name, Unit, Block and Lot number. If you enter this info into Google Earth you also get no results.

Does anyone know how to convert Unit, Block and Lot into GPS coordinates?

Or if you know of a good tutorial on YouTube or a website that would be awesome.

The county has a decent GIS map but from what we have learned GPS is really key.

There must be a way to do this because the other land pros in Land Watch give GPS in their listings.

I know this thread is a few years out of date, but did you ever get a solution to finding out the GPS coordinates for a property? I’ve just run into a similar issue.

Joseph/Kevin, not sure if this will help with previous download but you may want to try PRYCD.com to avoid future scenarios like this…All owner records you download from them come with lat/long info for each individual property.

They also have a new feature that will automatically plot your owner records along with for sale and sold comps in Google Earth too.
