    Hi everyone,

    Here is the issue. I have two similar properties in either OK or TX. 5 acre with dirt road access and electric power at the lot. One has an oil well and the other doesn’t. Does the presence of a producing well on the property affect the resale value of the surface rights? I am guessing that these are so common that most people just overlook them. Would you list the properties at the same price to sell surface rights only?
