    When wanting to do deals in multiple states (including outside of where the company is located), is it necessary to register the company in all of those states for buying and selling land?
    If so, I guess mostly for the selling part.
    I hear that if registering in multiple states, the company also needs to have an address there?
    Or do most people try to only do deals within one state?

    Great question!

    You don’t need to register your company in all of the states where you are buying and selling land, just in your home state. You can do deals all over, but on deeds you would just put the state your company is incorporated in, like we show in the program.
