What do you guys think of two 5 acre parcels in Lancaster California with mineral rights. Its not clear yet whether they have legal access, but definitely physical access. Just one 5 acre parcel in from the road and they are right next to each other.
Typically I would purchase them for 500 each, but I was wondering if the mineral rights would affect my purchase price. These ones came in on craigslist so they don’t have an offer price yet.
What would you guys do.
