Hi, during my data scrubbing session I just stumbled over the following 2 fields:
“1st Mtg Amount” = 11,000.00 in combination with the field “1st Mtg Loan Type” = Private Party
I also found this in the data “Cash Down=10000”; Deed Type=Joint Tenancy Deed. So I assume this is a private mortgage and the folks are doing sot of seller financing here.
I would be interested how you handle such data and what strategy you follow (mail/delete/adjustprice/…) ?
