  • Thanks Luke i think i recall reading that. my hope was that these counties would have lower price points, where i could make a offer around $1000 to get started, but looking at land watch I’m seeing there quite pricey. not confident i could make a $1000 and below offer
    Do i have the right idea or am i misunderstanding something?

    Hi Josh,

    I agree with Luke. Keep your expenses to a minimum and do photos. make your own video.

  • I did the same approach. Turns out there is a big correlation to low population counties and poor data especially when it comes to the county website. Not saying they are a bad place to do business but just looked harder to start in for me.

  • so i listened to the podcast where Steve and Jill discuss choosing a county, and I’ve been going through a list of all the counties in ca to get a little info on each.starting with looking at location and population density.
    I know low density is key but what is a low number? can someone provide an example? can there be a to sparsely populated area?

    Using the pictures from Google earth and Google images seems to be more images than necessary in my opinion.
