“1. Pick a county with rural vacant land based on # of records from RQPro. You want 1000 or more records in each county.”
is that 1000 records or the parcel size that you were looking for or 1,000 records with no filter on size/acreage?
Aroldo – Yes, just skip that county. Keep looking until you find a county with maybe 3 or 4 (max) wholesale properties listed. You can still buy and sell there but you will be in competition. Jeff – You need to ask her for her Articles of Incorporation. If she doesn’t have them just ask her what state and county her company was formed in and you can go there and look her up. If the company is defunct or non-existant, don’t do the deal on her word.
